DA case Supreme Court: The judge has been changed in the case related to the outstanding dearness allowance of government employees in the state of West Bengal. The date of hearing of this case in the Supreme Court was on 3 November. Now the serial number of this case is known. Many people are doubting that the case will be heard on that day because of what has happened to the serial number.
The previous judges in the case related to dearness allowance arrears of West Bengal government employees were Hrishikesh Roy and Pankaj Mithal. However, Justice Sanjay Karol will hear the case on November 3 in place of Pankaj Mithal. An update in this regard has been given on the website of the Supreme Court.
On November 3, this case will be number 60. A total of 60 cases were listed that day. In other words, the Supreme Court will finally hear the dearness allowance case. In such a situation, many people are suspecting that this matter may be postponed again.
The matter is listed for final disposal. And final settlement cases usually happen at the end. Therefore, it is not right to assume that this case will not be heard. If the decision comes in the case, all the government employees, teachers and retired pensioners of West Bengal will benefit.
